Led the brand and creative development of Sephora’s e-commerce platform for the Southeast Asia, Australia and New Zealand markets.
Established an omnichannel approach across digital, social and retail via new brand direction, tone of voice and visual storytelling. Evolved the e-commerce experience to match the global brand, enhanced the customer journey and drove conversion on desktop and mobile while staying relevant to the Asian beauty consumer.
Conceptualised new regional launch campaigns for Marc Jacobs Beauty and Kat Von D Beauty. Led creative development for the Sephora Mobile app with UX/UI, Marketing, Merchandising, Social, Influencer and Retail teams.
